A disc centrifuge would have a spinning disc, for sample materials. Sample materials could be added to the center of the disc with an eye-dropper,and as the disc spins, heavier elements in the sample materials would move outwards towards the edges of the disc, while lightweight materials would remain near the center of the disc.
The sample disc could be made of a porous or non-porous material. If it's made of a porous material (such as paper fibers) the sample materials would be trapped in the disc. If the sample disc is made of paper,it can be cut with scissors after it is removed from the centrifuge. If the sample disc is made of transparent plastic, small sections of it could be cut out and these small sections could be placed on microscope slides.
